Delete your Rezme account

In the app

Go to Profile > Account > Delete account, then confirm. You can cancel for 7 days from the banner on your Profile page. After that we delete everything listed below.

Without the app

Email support@apprezme.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, resumes, exported PDFs, profile photo, imported files, Rezo balance and support messages. Unused Rezo are not refunded. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Store purchase-event records are kept without your account details, for accounting.
