Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Rezme (“we”, “us”) for the Rezme app and service. By creating an account or using Rezme you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Rezme.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use Rezme.
- You sign in with an emailed code, Google or Apple. Keep that email or account secure: you are responsible for what happens in your Rezme account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Your content
- Your resumes, photos and files stay yours.
- You allow us to store and process them only to provide Rezme to you: saving and syncing them, creating your PDFs, and running the AI features you ask for, which send the text they need to our AI providers (see the Privacy Policy).
- Add information about other people, such as references, only with their permission.
- You are responsible for what your resume says. Do not use Rezme to create false or misleading documents.
3. AI suggestions
- AI features (import, Enhance, ATS review, Optimize) produce suggestions automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete, so review each one: changes apply only when you accept them.
- An ATS score is an estimate. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or how any employer or tracking system reads your resume.
4. Rezo credits
- Rezo are in-app credits. One Rezo pays for one PDF download or one AI action, as shown in the app at the time.
- Rezo have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and do not expire while your account exists.
- Rezo are used up when you spend them, and unused Rezo are lost when your account is deleted.
- Apple or Google processes the purchase, and refunds follow their policies.
5. Rezme Pro
- Rezme Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. It gives the benefits shown in the app when you subscribe, such as unlimited downloads, every template and a monthly AI allowance.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Rezme account does not cancel it.
- If the price changes, the store tells you before the new price applies, and you can cancel.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Rezme to break the law or anyone's rights; upload malware; access other people's accounts or our systems without permission; scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service; get around limits or payments; or resell the service or its templates.
7. Templates and the app
We and our licensors own the app, its templates, designs and fonts. You may use the PDFs you create for your own job applications and career. You may not extract or redistribute the templates themselves.
8. Changes and availability
- We improve Rezme over time and may add, change or remove features; some may be marked as coming soon. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
- We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app; continuing to use Rezme means you accept the updated terms.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or as described on Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Rezme is provided “as is”, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. Apple App Store
If you use Rezme on an Apple device:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Rezme or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
- If Rezme fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for Rezme.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about Rezme, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
