Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Rezme app and service collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@apprezme.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address; your name, username, phone number and profile photo if you add them; and how you sign in (email code, Google or Apple).
• Your resumes: what you type or import (work history, education, skills, contact details, links, photo), job descriptions you paste for AI features, files you upload to import (PDF, DOCX) with the text we extract from them, and the PDFs you export.
• Purchases: which subscription or Rezo pack you bought and the store's transaction record. Your payment details stay with Apple or Google.
• Support: messages you send us and, if you leave diagnostics on, your app version, platform and language.
• Technical: device platform, app version, language, time zone, a push-notification token, and the IP address you sign in from, kept for security.

We do not collect your location, contacts or browsing history, and we do not use advertising IDs, analytics or tracking.

How we use it

To run your account and keep your resumes in sync; to create and store your PDFs; to provide the AI features you ask for; to process purchases and give you Rezme Pro or Rezo; to answer support requests; and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI features

When you import a resume or use Enhance, ATS review or Optimize, we send the text the feature needs (resume sections, your uploaded resume's text, the job description) to an AI provider, which returns the result. Depending on the feature this is Google (Gemini), OpenAI or DeepSeek. AI suggestions change your resume only when you accept them.

Who processes your data for us

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage and email, in the United States.
• Google Firebase: sign-in and notifications.
• RevenueCat: purchase records.
• Apple and Google: sign-in and payments.
• The AI providers named above.

They process data on our behalf to provide Rezme. We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Profile > Account > Delete account) or as described on Delete your account. You can cancel the request for 7 days; after that we delete your account, resumes, PDFs, photo, imported files, Rezo balance and support messages. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. We keep store purchase-event records without your account details, for accounting.

Security

All connections use HTTPS, and stored files are encrypted. Only the people who run the service can access its systems.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. You can do most of this in the app; for anything else, email support@apprezme.com from your account's email address.

Children

Rezme is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change matters.
